Bonavacio Diaz Kevin is a highly experienced and licensed Legal Consultant with a wealth of expertise in litigation and corporate law. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a wide array of projects, including criminal litigation, resolving land disputes, facilitating alternative dispute resolution, executing capital market transactions, navigating legal complexities within the gas industry, establishing BVI companies, and engaging in governmental relations. His experience extends beyond independent consultancy, as he has also served as legal counsel in a prominent private midstream gas company based in Indonesia.

Dimas Raka is an asscociate lawyer which has experience with a wide variety of clients in all aspect of general corporate matters and capital market sector. As a member of Warens and Partners Law Firm, he had various accomplished projects in assisting clients to reach transaction in capital market or their business plan, among others are Initial Public Offering (IPO), RIght Issues and Obligations Issuance.

Joining the Firm since 2019, he works together with the team in advising companies of various scales, including state-owned and private companies, across numerous issues and projects. His personal approach as an enthusiastic and agilent Associate has enabled him to build reliable networks through an in-depth understanding and very prompt in responding to clients’ need.

Raafi, an associate lawyer at Warens and Partners Law Firm, is part of the Litigation and General Corporate Departments. He obtained his law degree with honors from Universitas Airlangga and already passed the Indonesian Bar Exam (PERADI).

Since joining Warens and Partners in early 2024, Raafi has been involved in various transactions, advising clients and representing them in corporate and commercial matters, as well as in a range of litigation disputes. He also serves as Legal Representative for a shipping company, a steel manufacturing company, an oil and gas company, and one of the largest investment companies in Indonesia, providing legal support in corporate disputes and client advisory. Raafi maintains a strong interest in mining law, dispute resolution, bankruptcy law, and international arbitration.

Cholid Syaefulloh is an associate lawyer/legal consultant at the Warens and Partners law firm, currently he has some experiences by serving as an associate and/or Legal in several Companies and Institution in Indonesia. Prior to joining Warens and Partners, Cholid had already served as Legal Staff at PT Blue Steel Industries, Cholid also served as an Associate at the Rijnkande Law Office and also served as Legal Representative of PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Cholid is currently focused on his duties as a Lawyer/Legal Consultant for PT Blue Steel Group.

Gammazaki is an associate lawyer at Warens and Partners, specializing in dispute resolution, contracts, and general corporate matters. He earned his law degree from Universitas Airlangga and joined the firm in early 2025. In addition to his role at the firm, Gammazaki also serves as Legal Representative for one of the largest investment companies in Indonesia, providing legal support in corporate disputes and client advisory.

Helen is an Associate Lawyer at Warens & Partners Law Firm. She earned her law degree from Universitas Airlangga and has successfully passed the Indonesian Bar Exam (PERADI). In 2024, she further enhanced her credentials by obtaining certification as a Certified Contract Drafter.
