His work for almost 3 decades in the field of law in Indonesia shows his experience, high dedication and shrewdness in representing clients which has earned him the confidence to handle both corporate and litigation cases, including criminal law, civil law and PTUN law.

Specializing in being a Capital Market Legal Consultant, he also handles Debt Restructuring, Revitalization, Dispute Resolution, Debtor Debt Settlement and many other matters relating to Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Investment and International Trade.

Rebecca Djuni Suriana is one of the Partners at Warens & Partners Law Firm. She began her career as a Legal Consultant in 1996 at Warens & Partners Law Firm and has been with the firm ever since. She handles corporate law, capital markets, banking, mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring. Throughout her career, she has advised companies and individuals who are clients of Warens & Partners Law Firm, including PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika, PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT BRI Multifinance Indonesia, PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk, and many more as listed on this website’s work experience section.

Alhadid Endar Putra is an experienced and dedicated legal practitioner. He has extensive experience in various positions within various leading institutions and companies. Previously, Alhadid served as a Junior Attorney at Frans Winarta & Partners, and worked as an Associate for 1 year at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Additionally, he has also served as the Head of Legal at PT Bajubang Kreasi Interbuana and PT Blue Steel Industries. Alhadid has also been a Represent Lawyer for Hermawan Juniarto at the Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Provision (KPPIP). Currently, Alhadid is focused on litigation dispute resolution and debt restructuring projects, with experience representing renowned companies such as PT Blue Steel Group, PT Bumi Steel Group, PT Syailendra Capital, and PT Isar Gas.
